Project location identified, along with detailed area planning.
Construction of the Central Spine Road initiated as a key infrastructure component.
Government notification issued for the delineation of 879 sq. km as Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR).
Around 1,700 hectares of land allocated by the Government for the adjoining Dholera International Airport.
Anchor investors/tenants identified to accelerate industrial and economic development.
Master planning undertaken by M/s Halcrow (United Kingdom).
Comprehensive water logging, seismological, and environmental studies conducted to support sustainable development.
Legal framework established through the Gujarat Special Investment Region (SIR) Act, 2009.
Gujarat Infrastructure Corridor Development Corporation (GICC) formed to oversee and facilitate project development.
